Not a nice looking challenge this, lunging in to try and stop Camiel Neghli but merely landing his studs on his ankle in midfield. Colchester 3-0 Swindon Swindon's hopes of making the League Two automatic promotion places are taking a big dent. Ian Holloway's side could find themselves five points outside the top three with only three matches remaining after Saturday's games are finished. West Brom 0-0 Millwall Another slick counter from the Lions as Mihailo Ivanovic hooks a high ball ball into the path of Femi Azeez on the right, his cross is cleared only as far as Camiel Neghli who plays a clever reverse pass to Zak Sturge on the left of the area but the full-back can only slice a low shot a foot past Max O'Leary's near post. West Brom 0-0 Millwall Steve Hermon BBC Radio WM commentator The Albion fans are roaring as they respond to the early pressure they are putting on Millwall. West Brom 0-0 Millwall Albion's turn to press but Danny Imray's fierce cut-back is too strong for anyone in a blue-and-white shirt to control and Millwall are able to hack clear. The Baggies bounce back and Imray gets in again on the right but his near-post cross is flicked by Daryl Dike straight into Caleb Taylor who makes a crucial block. West Brom 0-0 Millwall A lovely touch from Thierno Ballo tees up Mihailo Ivanovic to unleash another powerful first-time strike from outside the box but it swerves into the grateful grasp of Max O'Leary. Millwall have begun the half with real intent. West Brom 0-0 Millwall Fine break down the left from Millwall and Zak Sturge wins an early corner, which sails over everyone before Femi Azeez is penalised for a foul when the ball is recycled back in. Saturday Sunday HT: West Brom 0-0 Millwall West Bromwich Albion have appointed their former striker Jason Roberts as a non-executive director. Roberts, 48, who spent nearly four years with the Baggies between 2000 and 2004, joins chairman Shilen Patel, director Ethan Gobetz and executive director Mark Miles on the Albion board. Albion said Roberts will not be involved in the day-to-day running of the club but will provide "independent oversight and constructive feedback" to the board in his role and use his "extensive experience of English and international football to inform club strategy, planning and decision making". HT: West Brom 0-0 Millwall Tony 'Bomber' Brown West Brom's all-time leading goalscorer on BBC Radio WM It was a decent half from Albion, they put pressure on Millwall and they were trying to get that first goal, but as the game has gone on Millwall have come back into it. Millwall should be 1-0 in front. Josh Coburn has missed an absolute sitter and he wont be happy with that. Albion died off a bit towards the end of the first half, and had to do a lot of defending, because Millwall pushed forward. James Morrison has just got to say a few words and put a few things right, and get Albion playing positive in the second half. West Brom 0-0 Millwall A pulsating first half ends goalless. It was not for the lack of trying. Josh Coburn should have put the visitors ahead but could only cushion a volley across the face of goal from six yards out when a header seemed to be the way to go, while shortly before the break Mihailo Ivanovic rattled the Albion crossbar with a wonderful curling, dipping 25-yard effort. Albion have huffed and puffed, won a series of set pieces and got crosses into the mixer, but without really troubling Anthony Patterson in the Lions goal. Daryl Dike poked a loose ball well wide with the keeper in no-man's land and looped another far-post header just over from an angle. The second half should be a goodun, with so much at stake for both sides at either end of the table. West Brom 0-0 Millwall Into ONE added minute at the end of the first half. Millwall may have wanted five with the way they have been going. .. West Brom 0-0 Millwall Millwall getting a head of steam up here. Tristan Crama's cross to the near post is nowhere near a black shirt but Nat Phillips and Max O'Leary have a breakdown in communication which sees the defender turn it past his near post. It nearly proves costly as Crama's header from the corner is headed off the line by Ousmane Diakite before breaking to Camiel Neghli whose looping volley from 20-yards is spectacularly turned around the post by O'Leary. The subsequent corner to the back-post leads to appeals for handball from the away fans, though it appears to have come off George Campbell's back. Albion living dangerously, but their sheet remains clean, for now. West Brom 0-0 Millwall Tony 'Bomber' Brown West Brom's all-time leading goalscorer on BBC Radio WM Albion have got away with one there, Millwall are having a good spell here. Albion are pulling everyone back to defend, and keep the clean sheet heading into half-time. West Brom 0-0 Millwall Out of nothing. Mihailo Ivanovic has come within inches of breaking the deadlock with a worldie. He whips a bouncing ball away from Alex Mowatt 25 yards out and lets fly with a brilliant powerful, curling strike which cannons back off the face of Max O'Leary's crossbar with the keeper beaten all ends up before the ball is scrambled away. Would have been some goal, but Albion survive. West Brom 0-0 Millwall Daryl Dike has been a real handful this evening, when he's fit and firing he's a real boost for the Baggies. He wins a free-kick on the right of the box this time, Isaac Price curls it in again but can't beat the first man again. West Brom 0-0 Millwall Isaac Price whips a free-kick from the left of the Millwall area low into the near post. It's not great but it almost works as the ball breaks to Alex Mowatt who goes down under pressure, though muted appeals for a penalty are swiftly waved away by ref Lewis Smith. Josh Coburn volleyed wide with Millwall's best chance of the match Millwall moved back to second in the Championship as they were held to a goalless draw at lowly West Bromwich Albion. The Lions moved one point ahead of Ipswich Town, who have three games in hand, and Middlesbrough in the race for automatic promotion before both play on Saturday. Josh Coburn volleyed wide and Mihailo Ivanovic hit the crossbar as the away side came closest in the first half. The Baggies did not have a shot on target until the 82nd minute, when Millwall goalkeeper Anthony Patterson diverted Jayson Molumby's shot wide from point-blank range. But it was the hosts who ended the game the stronger as they extended their unbeaten run under James Morrison to seven matches. Millwall showed early on their threat on the break as Thierno Ballo went close after being played through by Ivanovic. Coburn should have given the visitors the lead on 17 minutes when he met Ballo's brilliant cross on the volley but put it wide of Max O'Leary's post. With the game being played in the middle of the park and no shots on target from either side, Ivanovic sparked Millwall into life with a curling shot from distance that came crashing down off the crossbar, with Camiel Neghli drawing a good stop from O'Leary soon after. The Baggies improved after the break with Daryl Dike heading over and Molumby sending an effort wide from distance. Having had nothing to do all game, Patterson produced a brilliant save to deny Molumby late on when the ball landed at the feet of the Albion midfielder in the box - with Patterson making himself big to block the ball behind for a corner. Ousmane Diakite headed narrowly wide from the set piece that followed and neither side could find a way through in the eight minutes of added time to settle a battling draw. The result moves Albion five points clear of the relegation zone before the rest of the weekend's fixtures. Millwall go second in the table but could lose ground in the automatic promotion race after dropping two points at The Hawthorns Despite moving back up into the automatic promotion spots, Alex Neil's side will feel they have failed to apply more pressure to Ipswich and Middlesbrough. The Tractor Boys have a huge game against East Anglia rivals Norwich City on Saturday at 12: 30 BST but would move above Millwall by taking a point. One week ago Millwall were celebrating a big win away at Middlesbrough on Good Friday but have since picked up one point from two games. Coburn, who scored twice against his old side Boro, undoubtedly had the best chance in the first half and having scored seven goals in his previous seven games would have expected to score. But the 23-year-old got his volley all wrong at the near post, when a header possibly would have been the better option. Aside from Neghli's shot that looked to be going wide and a couple of simple stops down the middle of the goal, O'Leary was largely untested. Boro face struggling Portsmouth at the Riverside on Saturday and Millwall could find themselves in fourth place and two points adrift of the Reds and Ipswich in less than 24 hours. West Bromwich Albion have picked up 11 points since James Morrison was named interim boss While it might be two points missed for Millwall, it is another one gained for West Bromwich Albion in their fight to avoid the drop. Since Morrison lost his first game in charge at Oxford United at the end of February, the Baggies have picked up 11 points. The draw takes them to 46 for the season, five ahead of Leicester City in 22nd, and they might have had more. It took a phenomenal save from Patterson to deny Molumby from opening the scoring with less than 10 minutes remaining. Two more wins from their remaining games against Preston (away), Watford (home), Ipswich (away) and Sheffield Wednesday (home) should be enough to comfortably see them over the line and secure their Championship status for next season. West Bromwich Albion interim boss James Morrison told BBC Radio WM: "They had the better of the first 30 minutes. We needed to sort a couple of bits out at half-time and then I thought [in the] second half we were the stronger team, had the bigger chances and kept them away from our goal. "I felt we were just a final pass away tonight - the right shot, choosing the right pass. "The big moment, the goalkeeper's [Anthony Patterson] made a great save so I think overall it's probably a fair result. " Millwall boss Alex Neil told BBC Radio London: "I thought first half we had the better of the game, in terms of clear-cut chances we should score at least one. Josh Coburn's chance is the best of the game. "We struggled to keep the ball at the top end of the pitch the last 20 or 30 minutes of the game and couldn't muster enough opportunities to win it. I thought if we were going to win it, it would be in the first half if we got the first goal. "Like I said to the lads afterwards, if you can't win it, just make sure you don't lose it. " This video can not be played Neil: " We had enough moments to take lead.
