A statement from the La Liga club confirmed on Monday that “Rayo Vallecano and Club Leon have reached an agreement for the transfer of James Rodríguez”.
The Mexican club have paid their Spanish counterparts a symbolic fee worth around €1million to sign the Colombia international.
