Liverpool remain attentive to discussions over the sale of Rennes defender Jeremy Jacquet. Chelsea are pushing to get a deal done for the 20-year-old centre back this weekend though his club don't want to lose him in this window. Rennes would agree a transfer now for the summer and that would suit Liverpool. Chelsea have had one offer rejected and are reluctant to match the £56miion valuation but are aware of Liverpool's interest. Liverpool have been approached by a number of agents over defensive reinforcements, notably right-backs, ahead of Monday's transfer deadline. Sunderland midfielder could head to Germany Sunderland attacking midfielder Adil Aouchiche is a target for German side Schalke. The 23-year-old is on loan at Aberdeen, who also have an option to buy the player. He was left out of the squad for Saturday's match at Kilmarnock as talks advance. Chelsea youngster Yahya Idrissi Regragui is in talks to sign for AC Milan. The 18-year-old attacking midfielder has been with Chelsea since joining as a 12-year-old from West Ham. The Morocco U18 international is discussing a permanent move to Milan. Leicester City are signing Southampton’s Joe Aribo on loan until the end of the season. The Foxes are also in talks with Manchester City for Divine Mukasa. The 18-year-old attacking midfielder, an England U19 international, has made six first team appearances for City this season. Meanwhile. Aribo, 29, has made 111 appearances for the Saints since joining from Rangers in 2022. Black Cats sign keeper Ellborg for £3. 4m Sunderland have agreed a £3. 4million deal for Malmo goalkeeper Melker Ellborg. The 22-year-old Swede is travelling to the north East today to undergo a medical over the next 24 hours. Ellborg's arrival will allow Sunderland's Anthony Patterson to join Millwall. Sunderland are also rivalling Everton for Chelsea forward Tyrique George. The England U21 international also has interest from Spain, France and Italy. Auxerre and Real Mallorca keen on Blues forward Fofana Chelsea striker David Datro Fofana is wanted by Auxerre and Real Mallorca. Both clubs have been asking for loans with options to buy. Fofana was recalled from his loan at Turkish side Fatih Karagumruk where he scored six goals in 13 games as Chelsea were looking to sell and free up an international loan space. Chelsea remain in discussions over bringing Mamadou Sarr back from Strasbourg with the possibility Aaron Anselmino goes the other way. Forest have been looking at Dwight Mc Neil of Everton who are willing to let full-back Adam Aznou leave on loan. Leeds United have rejected an approach from Besiktas for goalkeeper Lucas Perri. Wolves are working to bring Scotland striker Che Adams back to the Premier League from Torino. Werder Bremen have approached Burnley over a deal for defender Hjalmar Ekdal who was also the subject of an enquiry from Nice. Brighton winger Tommy Watson is in talks to join promotion-chasing Millwall on loan. A number of other clubs have shown an interest in the England U21 international who was one of the stand-out performers in the Championship for Sunderland last season. Liverpool forward Lewis Koumas and Manchester United midfielder Toby Collyer have signed for Hull City on loan. Watford have signed left-back Stephen Mfuni from Manchester City on loan. Hibernian have signed Dane Scarlett on loan from Tottenham. Bolton are in talks to sign Wrexham striker Ryan Hardie.
