Forest are unbeaten in four Premier League games and can move nine points clear of the bottom three with victory. Dyche said: 'The key is in performances, we have seen the ups and downs of it since I have been at the club. Sean Dyche is braced for a difficult trip to Elland Road on Friday night 'The ups, we have been very strong, and then when the downs are downs that's when you learn about your players. 'It's another important game. It's tough going up there, I have been many times, they have steadied the ship because early season there was a lot of noise about the manager (Daniel Farke) and "Can they or can't they?
