Milan have decided not to proceed with the transfer after further medical checks took place on Monday. As reported earlier, Juventus have been monitoring Milan's deal for Mateta. Another move by Juve to take the player on loan with an option to buy cannot yet be ruled out before Monday's deadline. As far as Strand Larsen and Wolves are concerned, the deal is proceeding as planned. The Norway international completed his Palace medical on Monday ahead of a £48m move from Wolves.
