The Blues will be at home for the first-leg, which will take place the week of January 12 at the start of next year, after booking their spot on Tuesday night with a 3-1 victory against Cardiff City. Man City and either Arsenal or Palace will host the second leg the week of February 2, with the final at Wembley taking place on Saturday March 22. On Wednesday night, Man City were able to overcome Brentford 2-0, and Newcastle edged past Fulham thanks to a late header from academy graduate teenager Lewis Miley which confirmed the Magpies' 2-1 win at home. The tie to decide whether Arsenal or Palace will face their west London rivals is set to take place on Tuesday, due to Oliver Glasner's side's Uefa Conference League tie against Ku PS on Thursday evening. Should Arsenal run-out the winners at the Emirates next Tuesday, the semi-finalists will all be Champions League teams. Newcastle will continue their quest to retain the Carabao Cup at home against Man City The possibility of additional knock-out games after the end of the league phase could in turn add to their fixture congestion at the start of next year. While Arsenal and Man City are both firmly in the automatic qualification places with two matchdays left to play, Chelsea and Newcastle could yet face additional games to confirm their spots in the knockout rounds. Man City and Newcastle have already met at St James' Park this season, with Eddie Howe's side claiming an impressive 2-1 win. Chelsea have also hosted Arsenal and Crystal Palace, with Enzo Maresca's players drawing with both of their opponents, 1-1 and 0-0 respectively. Week commencing January 12: Newcastle v Man City (St James' Park), Chelsea v Arsenal or Crystal Palace (Stamford Bridge) Week commencing February 2: Man City v Newcastle (The Etihad), Arsenal or Crystal Palace v Chelsea (The Emirates or Selhurst Park) Final at Wembley: Saturday March 22
